Bạn đã cài đặt, sử dụng in ấn bình thường, Scan Ricoh SP212SFNw qua cổng USB cũng bình thường.
Nhưng với tính năng của một chiếc máy in nó đầy đủ như vậy. ( In qua mạng, Scan qua mạng lan + Wifi, Fax ). Và bạn có nhu cầu cài đặt scan cho tất cả mọi người trong mạng Lan, Wifi đều Scan được thì sẽ như thế nào ?
Mình cũng là dân kỹ thuật sửa máy in quận gò vấp, và cũng đi cài đặt, sửa chữa máy in tận nơi, tại nhà cho khách hàng. Và cũng đã có khá nhiều khách hàng cần vấn đề Scan Ricoh Sp 212SFNw qua mạng wifi, mạng lan.
Mình cũng đã mất một ít thời gian trong việc cài đặt scan ricoh sp 212SFNw qua mạng wifi. Nhưng hầu như không có thông tin hướng dẫn cách Scan Ricoh Sp 212SFNw qua wifi mạng lan nào.
Một ít thời gian bỏ ra và Cách Scan Ricoh Sp 212SFNw qua wifi mạng lan đã được xử lý.
Và để cài scan ricoh sp212 SFNw qua mạng wifi thì chúng ta tiến hành theo từng bước nhé.
Bước 1: Truy cập vào web ricoh với đường dẫn sau để tải Driver cho chức năng in và Scan nhé. 
Bước 2: Cài được 2 phần Driver ở trên thì các bạn đã có thể in ấn và scan qua cổng USB bình thường rồi. Và để Scan máy in ricoh Sp 212SFNw qua mạng wifi các bạn xem tiếp bước 3 nhé.
Bước 3: Bạn muốn Scan ra file PDF thì hãy mở phần mềm, chương trinh đọc PDF của mình lên.
Bước 4: Khi bạn bấm vào From Scanner thì phần chọn máy Scan sẽ hiện ra nhé. Và ta chọn như hình dưới là Ok.
Xong – Bạn bấm Scan ở dưới là nó sẽ Scan ra ngay thôi.
Ngoài ra máy in Ricoh Sp 212SFNw này có có chức scan một lúc nhiều tờ được ( Bỏ nguyên xấp vào và bấm scan phát là xong ).
Vì nó có 2 chức năng Scan: Scan từng tờ và Scan nhiều tờ nên khi bạn muốn Scan với chức năng nào thì các bạn chỉnh ở bước 4 nhé. ( Chỉnh ở phần Both Sides hay Front Sides ) nhé các bạn.
