Bạn đang dùng Office 2010, 2013, 2016 bỗng một ngày bạn mở file word hay excel lên mà nó không lên. Nó chạy cái gì đó rồi hiện lên cái bảng thông báo như hình ở trên.
Khi đó bạn sẽ không mở được file Word hay Excel ở trong máy lên nữa vì bộ Office 2010 lỗi Setup Error 1920 Service Office Software Protection Platform osppsvc falied to st.
Lúc này chắc chắn bạn sẽ không gỡ bỏ bộ Office ra để cài lại được, Mà bạn có dùng những phần mềm gỡ bỏ ra được đi chăng nữa thì bạn cũng sẽ không thể cài lại bộ Office được. Vì khi chạy cài đặt office nó cũng sẽ báo lỗi như hình dưới.
Thật sự lỗi này nó rất khó chịu, Thường gây ra lỗi này do mình dùng office không bản quyền. Mình cũng là kỹ thuật dịch vụ sửa máy tính quận gò vấp, Thay mực máy in gò vấp thấy Office 2010 lỗi Setup Error 1920 cũng ngán.
Cũng đã từng tìm nhiều cách khắc phục trên google nhưng chỉ tốn thời gian hơn mà thôi. Giải pháp cuối cùng lúc đó là cài windows lại, Nhưng rồi thời gian nó cũng bị lại, đi sửa máy tính quận gò vấp cũng nhiều, không lẽ mỗi lần lỗi như vậy lại ngồi cài windows.
Cuối cùng mình quyết định cho mình thêm chút thời gian để cố gắng fix được Office 2010, 2013, 2016 lỗi Setup Error 1920 Service Office Software Protection Platform osppsvc falied to st. và cuối cùng mình cũng đã fix được nên mình hướng dẫn cho những ai gặp lỗi này có thể tự sửa chữa luôn cho nhanh nhé.
Bước 1: Bạn mở RUN ( Phím cửa sổ + R ) nhập Services.msc
Bạn tìm dòng: Office Software Protection Platform…. Nhấp đúp chuột vào dòng chữ đó – qua tab Log On và chọn vào ô Local system account – Ok.
Chú ý: Đôi khi nó sẽ không xuất hiện dòng Office Software Protection Platform…. trong services.msc nhé. Mà khi cài Office nó mới hiện lên dòng chữ đó.
Bước 2: Khi bạn thấy được dòng chữ đó và đã làm các thao tác ở bước 1 thì bạn hãy nhìn lên phía trên có dòng chữ Office Source Engine mục status nó là started chưa hay là đang stop. Nếu Stop bạn hãy phải chuột và chọn Start nhé.
Rồi bắt đầu cài Office 2010/2013/2016 thôi. Trong quá trình chạy cài đặt hơn 60% thường thì nó sẽ báo Office 2010 lỗi Setup Error 1920 Service Office Software Protection Platform osppsvc falied to st
Lúc cài đặt khoản 60% bạn hãy mở service.msc và kiếm dòng Office Software Protection Platform…. và nhìn phần status nếu nó Stop thì bạn hãy phải chuột và chọn Star nhé.
Và đây là kết quả của mình sau 2h đồng hồ ngồi chỉ để tìm cách sửa được lỗi Setup Error 1920 Service Office Software Protection Platform osppsvc falied to st trên Office 2010 2013 2016.
Mình nghĩ cũng có thể có nhiều cách khác nhau để sửa lỗi office như trên, nhưng mình đã dùng cách mình chia sẽ ở trên và thành công nên mình chia sẽ lại cho mọi người nếu có gặp phải sẽ xử lý dễ dàng hơn. Cài windows lại chỉ là cách cuối cùng thôi.
