Mình đi làm dịch vụ sửa máy tính tại nhà tphcm nhiều và hay gặp tình trạng Autocad không thấy máy in trong mạng lan, hay không thấy máy in khi in trong autocad. Mặc dù vẫn in được với word hay excel.
Mình cũng đã gặp và tham khảo trên mạng có vài cách khắc phục tình trạng Autocad không thấy máy in và mình đã thử làm theo và ok. Mình xin tổng hợp lại để mọi người gặp phải xử lý dễ dàng hơn.
Thường khi in từ autocad sẽ không nhìn thấy máy in trong mục Printer / Plotter như hình.
Để xử lý tính trạng trên có 2 cách xử lý:
Cách 1:
Bạn vào: 1) Start -> Devices and Printers
2) Bấm chuột phải vào biểu tượng máy in cần in và chọn Set as default printer.
3) Mở Autocad bình thường đến phần chọn máy in (Name) tìm máy nào có dòng chữ
Default windows system … và in thử.
Cách 2:
Bạn vào: 1) Menu File -> Plotter Manager.
2) Bảng Plotter Manager hiện lên click đúp Add-A-Plotter Wizard --> next.
3) Ở bảng Add Plotter – Begin chọn System Printer --> chọn next.
4) Ở bảng Add Plotter – System Printer chọn máy in cần in --> chọn next --> Finish.
Khi thao tác các bước trên đã xong giờ thì bạn mở Autocad lên lại và thử in xem đã có máy in trong mục Name chưa nhé. Nếu có hãy chọn nó để in.
